What do we need?

Someone with experience recruiting in Healthcare and aware of the challenges of high volume roles. Someone that can think on their feet and be proactive to attract the best candidates into the business.

You will be working within a very experienced Recruitment team sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, etc all the candidates and dealing with the relationships with our agencies and partners.

We need someone proactive and creative that can find new ways of working and attracting talent.
