Omnes healthcare are looking for an experienced healthcare recruiter to join the team.

In this critical role within our business and you will play a key part in developing and implementing our recruitment plan. We are looking for someone that can think on their feet and be proactive to attract the best candidates into the business, we are looking for some one with a back ground in healthcare recruitment and is aware of the challenges recruiting within the healthcare sector can bring. You will be proactive and creative, finding new ways of working and attracting talent, actively head hunting and generating leads at all levels from Clinicians and Nurses to support staff.

• You will be taking ownership and accountability for the role’s that you are assigned, delivering a proactive, end to end, recruitment service including candidate sourcing, selection and offer, providing a first class candidate experience
• You will be building relationships with internal stakeholders, providing recruitment expertise, regularly reviewing market insights, sourcing options and candidate management in order to attract the best inclusive and diverse talent
• You will be building direct relationships with agency partners as part of your network, manage the existing PSL performance and holding monthly supplier performance reviews. You will be comfortable challenging agency partners where necessary on rates and terms
• You will work with the Recruitment Manager on specific recruitment strategies and projects to support the business and reduce reliance on agency fill.
• You will utilise all available tools such as LinkedIn to source passive candidates for more challenging/niche roles
• You will build talent pipelines to fill current roles and to future pipeline for roles to drive improvements in time to hire
• Proactively establishing and maintaining beneficial business relationships through network with industry contacts, association members, trade groups, employment groups and/or social media.
