Omnes Healthcare Hiring for HR Officer – Fixed Term – Immediate Start Job at Remote Full Time

We are looking for an HR Officer to join our organisation on a Fixed Term Contract for 2 months to support on a number of current projects available.

Who do we need?

Someone with experience working in a busy HR environment that is able to work autonomously and as part of a team. We need someone flexible and adaptable and with a positive can do attitude with new ideas to innovate the employee experience.

What does the role look like?

Working remotely you will be expected to:

• Support the Head of HR in the development & implementation of new processes and policies
• Support TUPE processes
• Support during the implementation of a new HRIS in the business
• Support during the Appraisals & Pay Review process
