OMG Australia Hiring for Billings Officer Job at Sydney Full Time

We are looking for a Billings Officer to join our team who is passionate about a career in Finance! OMG process on average 10,000+ invoices per month so this role is perfect for someone who loves both working as part of a team, but is equally excited by the chance to embrace the role and work autonomously.

Reporting to the Billings Manager within a team of 5, you will have access to the training, guidance and support needed to succeed in the role and your responsibilities will include the following:

• Support Client code and product code creation
• Adjust media fees, commission, rebates, and contact information as required
• Generate monthly media invoices for all Agencies by stipulated deadlines & set processes
• Despatch all invoices as per Client specifics
• Uphold Client requirements for invoicing & despatch by working closely with all stakeholders involved
• Maintain the general Billings mailbox and ensure timely turnaround on queries & requests received
• Assist with any reporting, other workload requirements and/or ad-hoc duties e.g. SOX and Audits

Required skills & experience

• Prior experience in an Accounts or Administration role would be beneficial
• Positive self-starter, who can work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment & under pressure to meet deadlines
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills is a must
• A can-do attitude, high level of attention to detail and a keen eye for problem solving
• Strong communication skills
