We’re currently looking for a Fractional CFO to join our team. The Fractional CFO will collaborate with our client’s controllers and accountants to manage the progress of their business accounting maintenance and month-end close plans while monitoring for accuracy and efficiency. Interns will also assist with any additional requests that may arise. Please note: This position is on-site in our office and occasionally at our client’s businesses in Southern California.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Offer Insight and analysis for Owner(s) on business, budget, projections
• Interface with clients and their staff

• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient with the latest technology and can quickly learn and manage multiple software platforms
• Accounting software experience needed. QuickBooks & Sage knowledge is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented disposition
• Desire to work with growing businesses
• Extensive GAAP knowledge, CPA or MBA preferred
• Fluent in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal, collaboration, and finance-based analytical skills
• Must have 7 – 10 years of finance experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $170,000.00 – $220,000.00 per year
