Olymel is Looking for Production Worker Full Time

SUMMARY OF JOB FUNCTIONS

To perform up to quality, yield and efficiency standards while ensuring all work is completed according to GMP, HACCP, CFIA, SQF and established safety regulations.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Cold environment (approximately 4°C)
• Working with raw chicken
• Working on the line with conveyers
• Standing for long periods of time

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Experience within the food industry is an asset but not essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for performing production work in a fast-paced environment
• Report food safety and quality issues to personnel with authority to initiate action.
• Ensure that all work is performed according to pertinent GMP, HACCP, SQF, CFIA and all other established regulations.
• Always maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Achieve production yield and efficiency standards.
• Ensure that the product quality standard is achieved.
• Inspect product for defects as necessary.
• May be assigned to perform additional tasks as required.
