Oliver Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Lead. You will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth objectives.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers in different locations to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute effective sourcing and hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communication and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the recruitment process and candidate experience.
• Support the HR function in different initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of full-cycle high volume multi state recruitment processes and best practices.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage top talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Bilingual Spanish would be a plus.

The wage range for this role reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets;

experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current salary is $65,000-80,000 USD.

The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.

This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
