olive Lebanese Eatery Hiring for Kitchen Supervisor and Prep Full Time

Olive Lebanese Eatery is a fast-casual restaurant with fresh, natural ingredients prepared in our in-house kitchen. . Olive Lebanese Eatery also offers a full-service espresso bar and serves our unique creations, freshly squeezed juice, and Middle Eastern-themed non-alcoholic drinks.

We are re-opening our Herndon location and need a dedicated staff.

No Weekends!

Monday – Friday 8 am – 3 pm

Major Responsibilities:

• Kitchen Supervisor – Will run the kitchen and work with front of house to ensure complete guest satisfaction
• Set up and stock all food stations with necessary supplies
• Prep all needed food items for service
• With the help of kitchen staff, proper execution of menu items
• Ensure that all food is made in a timely fashion and always in high quality
• Certify that all nutrition and sanitation regulations are kept

Essential Physical Requirements

• Be able to handle hot and cold work conditions during food preparation
• Continuous reaching, bending, lifting, carrying
• Be able to stand and be on foot for the majority of the scheduled shift
• Be able to run the grill during our weekend brunch

Knowledge and Skills:

• Clear understanding of menu items
• Understand and responsible for prepping ingredients
• Strong grasp on various cooking methods, food items, equipment, etc.
• Be able to multitask in a high volume kitchen

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.04 – $16.00 per hour
