Oleeo Hiring for Talent Acquisition Partner Job at Wimbledon, England Full Time

What will you be doing?This role is a part time position, we are looking for someone to join us for 24 hours a week on a flexible working schedule. You will be based remotely, however there is a requirement to come and work from our HQ in Wimbledon between 2-4 times a month.

What will you be doing?
As Oleeo’s Talent Acquisition Partner you’ll be responsible for delivering the best possible candidate and hiring manager experience focusing on all vacancies across our UK and US offices. This role is a part time position, we are looking for someone to join us for 24 hours a week on a flexible working schedule.
You’ll be part of the People team, working with a variety of internal stakeholders across all areas of the Oleeo business, to ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner with the highest quality candidates.

What will you be doing?

• Working closely with hiring managers across all departments at Oleeo Headquarters in Wimbledon Park, and our US team (Technology, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Customer Success and Business Support). You will need to work with key stakeholders, take a detailed brief, reinforce the Talent Acquisition process and interview criteria to push roles to live in the appropriate recruitment channels.
• Create engaging adverts, search talent pools, execute direct sourcing and work with PSL agency partners to source suitable candidates
• Fully qualify shortlisted candidates before sending across to the hiring manager, and then manage the full process from interviews through to offer.
• Throughout the process you’ll be updating hiring managers on a regular basis on the status of their roles, managing their expectations in terms of best practices and predicted timelines all the way through to offer onboarding and completing induction
• You’ll need to be familiar with Applicant Tracking systems and be comfortable working on our own Oleeo product to ensure it is fit for purpose and is a “best practise” system.
• Drive recruitment innovation by continuously reviewing and improving our recruitment strategies, our Employee Branding and our direct hiring approach to keep Oleeo fresh and ahead of the competition.
• Ensure appropriate interview techniques and methods are adopted which are diverse & inclusive, and build out interview forms and templates with appropriate questions and testing for the different role.
• Accurate data and reporting of recruitment analytics for the Quarterly report and keep track of the recruitment budget.
• Team-Player – Collaborate with the rest of the People team to make sure we deliver against our agreed objectives and successes.
• Articulate our business mission and core values in ways that resonate with each particular contact.

Key skills & experienceKey skills & experience

• You will need to have previous in-house recruitment experience and be passionate about hiring quality candidates whilst providing an outstanding candidate experience. Previous agency experience would be an advantage.
• Experience of direct sourcing with consulting and closing skills.
• Experience of recruiting for Technology, Marketing or Sales roles would be beneficial, as would prior HR SaaS technology recruitment knowledge, but it’s not essential.
• You will have experience of working on multiple vacancies across different business units and levels, with evidence of how to do this well
• Able to be a trusted point of contact to support managers/stakeholders and have that true business partnering mentality
• Proactive rather than reactive relationships
• Proven ability to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines and pools
• Experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor and used to being imaginative when it comes to direct sourcing methods
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Obsession with making sure our Values are experienced by each and every candidate that interacts with us, regardless of channel
• Able to multi-task whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
• You’ll be personable and enjoy dealing with people, you’ll be someone who finds it easy to build good relationships whilst standing your ground where needed!
