Job description
We are looking for:

• Head of Teaching, Learning and Assessment
• Salary: £44,151- £46,847 per annum

The Role:
We are looking to appoint an ambitious and inspirational Head of Teaching, Learning & Assessment who demonstrates outstanding educational leadership. They will play a key role in the college leading on the promotion of excellent practice.

The successful candidate will be able to:

• Lead on the newly launched TLA Strategy, monitor operational actions and engage with all areas across the college to achieve objectives.
• Drive improvements in Teaching, Learning & Assessment leading to better outcomes for students and a successful Ofsted inspection.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of teaching pedagogy and assessment for learning
• Successfully influence and engage with colleagues across the college in the implementation of the TLA strategy
• To lead and manage with professionalism, credibility and authority and have the determination to achieve outstanding outcomes.
• Demonstrate an excellent track record of outstanding teaching.
