Serving the Charlottesville community for over 40 years, Old Dominion Day School is actively seeking a talented individual to join our team as Center Director. Prospective applicants must possess proven working experience as a Center Director in a licensed child care facility while supporting documentation fulfilling position requirements as outlined in the Virginia Department of Social Service licensing regulations. The Center Director will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the establishment in accordance with Virginia’s licensing standards, local and state laws and Company policy to provide exceptional service for our staff, our children and their parents. Applicants must recognize the role of Director is of utmost importance in such a manner that he/she is the first line of representation responsible for welcoming families and children into the Center and ensure outstanding care and service are obtained. Communication and leadership are equally necessary to in order to build and foster parent relationships while collectively collaborating and managing Center staff on day-to-day operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
