Olameter Corporation is Looking for Full Time Temporary Customer Service Representative Full Time

Reporting to the Manager of Billing and Call Center Services, the successful candidate will mainly be responsible for Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) authorizations and Appointment Scheduling. Position will work remote and shifts are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties for this position will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Responsibilities include utilizing and managing New Connections’ Outlook calendars to enable the scheduling and booking of connections appointments.
• Performing outbound calls for scheduling and booking of appointments, create Field Activities (FA) within Customer Information system (CIS) for customers internal resources to complete field work.
• Administration of Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) authorizations. QA/QC and Governance on the list of responsibilities above.
• Clerical activities to support metering, billing, and administrative activities, and escalation of customer concerns to the Senior Clerk and/or Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or higher
• Working knowledge of Customer Information Systems (an asset)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and the capacity to develop and implement appropriate solutions
• Have computer knowledge, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel and Word
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Be a highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both internal and external clients
• Must have appropriate internet connection and speed
