    Assists the school secretary in the performance of daily office duties that ensure effective and efficient operation of the office. Provides clerical/secretarial services for the staff and teachers.

    • Performs all office duties in the absence of the school secretary.
    • Maintains confidence of the principal, building secretary, staff, and all student information.
    • Coordinates daily lunch counts.
    • Processes and maintains student immunization records, student attendance records, and CA-60s.
    • Provides first aid and dispenses physician-approved medication to students according to policy and regulations.
    • Assists with kindergarten round-up
    • Assists the building administrative assistant in a variety of office tasks, including IEP scheduling and coordinating facility scheduling.
