OK Tire – Whitecourt is Looking for Customer Service Advisor and Writer Full Time

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about providing customer service assistance. The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable working on a team to solve customer problems. The candidate will also be responsible for handling a high volume of calls from customers, assuring them of products’ quality and assisting in refund requests.

Responsibilities:

• Follow all Company procedures, rules and regulations as defined in the Employee Handbook.
• Answer and redirect customer calls or emails either by phone or email., Handle escalations involving customer complaints., Conduct training for new hires on products, price changes, and policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00-$37.00 per hour
