You will be responsible for:
Managing position control and job requisitions, ensuring managers follow the correct process
Making sure job descriptions are relevant and attractive to the candidate
Advising managers on salaries according to grading system
Performing interviews, filtering CVs, liaising with agencies or give other assistance to recruiting manager.
Working with HRA to create offer letter and onboarding process
Following up/working with HRA to ensure probation reviews have been done
Regularly reporting to HRRM on vacancies and progress in filling.
Review/refresh job descriptions for current employees/promotions
Supporting low level people management – disciplinaries/performance management process; escalate more complex issues to HRRM
Keeping regional/branch and function org charts up to date
Coordinating and participating in quarterly staff committee meetings with HRRM
Taking notes of feedback in meetings and work with HRRM to form action plan to address any issues
Assisting HRRM with other projects as required
Contributing to any training rolled out for the region
What we need from you:
Experience in an HR Admin/Assistant or Coordinator role
HR qualification to at least level 5 or working towards
Sound knowledge regarding recruitment processes
Experience with SAP Success Factors is an advantage
Excellent command of both written and spoken English is essential.
Strong IT knowledge and skills.
Innovative mindset and ability to use initiative to constantly seek to improve processes.
Highly organized with ability to work to deadlines and with high attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skillset
Capability to travel domestically and internationally as required
