Ohio Truck Sales is seeking an experienced sales professional who can provide prompt, dependable and excellent customer service to our broad customer base while earning a $85,000-$120,000 annually. We are the nation’s largest pre-owned dealer and offer the country’s largest and fasting growing inventory of Peterbilt and Kenworth semi-trucks! Key Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions:

· Manage your incoming leads received via phone calls, digital leads and on-site customer visits

· Interacting and assisting customers while on the sales lot

· Ability to engage anyone in conversation and build last relationships

· Demonstrating effective closing skills

· Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork

· Meet & exceed monthly, quarterly & annual sales goals

· Utilizing sales systems, i.e., CRM, DMS, Phone System, & Microsoft Office

· Consistently meet expectations through teamwork, respect, and willingness to help & support others

· Complete and stay updated on training materials

Required Education, Skills & Abilities:

· Excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude and eager to learn

· Ability to get along with broad customer base

· High energy, self-starting & highly motivated

· Excellent communication skills and demonstrated “closing skills”

· Ability to open & close truck hoods

· Must be able to lift 50lbs+, bend & stoop

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Previous vehicle or heavy equipment sales experience preferred

Schedule:

Monday-Tuesday- 8am-7pm

Wednesday-Friday- 8am-6pm

Rotate Saturdays- 8am-4pm

Sundays- Closed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
