We are seeking an experienced on-site Executive Talent Acquisitionist to recruit top C-Suite & Management level talent. Responsibilities include coordinating our hiring process, sourcing qualified candidates, and applying advanced recruiting and interviewing techniques. This is not a remote position. Company Hiring Needs:

• C – Level Management Team Members
• Executive Accounting & Finance
• Executive HR
• Executive Operations
• Key Manager Level Positions in all Departments
• Additional Finance Company Executive Management

Responsibilities:

• Meet with hiring managers and HR Director to formulate recruitment strategy
• Design and coordinate the hiring process
• Source qualified candidates via job sites, databases, networking, etc.
• Establish networks with professional groups, schools, communities, and other organizations
• Select and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
• Help hiring teams interview candidates through various methods (e.g. structured interviews, behavioral interviews, etc.)
• Coach hiring managers to help them make better hiring decisions
• Report on weekly and monthly KPIs and recruiting metrics
• Assist with onboarding new hires

Requirements:

• 3-5 Years proven success as a recruiter
• Experience managing the full life cycle recruitment process
• Industry hiring experience is a plus
• Familiarity with recruiting software (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of trending effective and legal hiring practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• BS in HR, Business or relevant field

• $102,000 to $120,000 Annual Compensation
