Ohio Truck Sales is looking to add highly motivated, aggressive, sharp thinking Bilingual Finance Associates to join our winning Sales & Finance team! Our company has experienced rapid growth over the last few years while supplying the nation with almost 2,000 semi-trucks annually!

The purpose of the Bilingual Finance Associate is to assist and aid customers with pinpointing and securing financing options for their semi-truck purchase. You will fill out a customer’s credit application and consult them on the best lender for their needs.

We need aggressive candidates with excellent people skills that have interest in semi-truck financing!

Responsibilities

• Ability to manage a large volume of incoming calls and digital leads from potential customers daily
• Ability to use Customer Relations Management system (CRM)
• Providing recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange the financing of their truck purchase
• Ensure sales are structured and all paperwork is collected
• Accurately desk deals and submit to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, effectively close deals
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts

Skills Required

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• High energy level, self-directed, and initiative-taking
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education

High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
