Talent Acquisition Manager – Downtown Columbus, Ohio

We are looking for someone to contribute thoughtful new ideas and recommendations to strengthen our talent acquisition strategy and enhance the entire recruitment lifecycle.
What you’ll do
From advertising to onboarding, this role provides the opportunity to manage the full talent acquisition process for the organization. You will oversee various functions and processes related to talent acquisition, all with the goal of sourcing diverse and qualified candidates for the organization. You will assess labor markets and make proactive recommendations on the best approach for filling open positions. You will analyze current workforce trends, oversee our candidate’s experience, and implement best practices and creative ways to increase interest in a career with OPERS. You will manage our Internship Program by establishing connections with local colleges and universities. You will build strong working relationships with management across the business to ensure the recruiting process and its execution is aligned with business objectives, growth strategies, and hiring needs. You will also have a significant and collaborative role in special projects assigned to the human resources department.
