Ohio Cannabis Connection is now hiring a full time Appointment Coordinator to work at our West Chester office. The successful candidate is friendly and outgoing and has advanced skills of computer literacy, excellent data entry abilities and healthcare industry experience. The candidate must be punctual and dependable with reliable transportation and be able to work in a very fast-paced, very busy office setting.
Appointment Coordinator
Duties:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
– Provide information about services and products to customers
– Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide reminders
– Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
– Experience working in a fast-paced environment
