The Role
OH! Marketing seeks a creative, proactive, and highly organised Marketing Assistant to join our QLD team. You will join an experienced team and to the Production Manager.
The role will initially be for a 3-month contract to transition into a permanent full-time role.
Who We’re Looking For:
Ideally, we’d want someone with some experience so that you can effectively manage your priorities. Still, if you’re extremely well-organized, a fast thinker and capable of managing your time and working independently, that’s OK with us!
A positive attitude is crucial as you become integral to a fast paced yet friendly team culture.
You’ll be a graduate with a degree or diploma in design. You might have even done some marketing modules! Or, if you skipped school, you should have equivalent experience (2-4 years) before applying.
Ultimately, you’d have:
• An interest in many areas, creative heart and an organised mind.
* Exceptional attention to detail, good grammar and spelling, is a must
• Familiarity with marketing tools (LinkedIn & Canva) and an eye for what looks good.
• A knack for writing in a modern and engaging way.
• An eagerness to learn the ins and outs of digital and traditinal marketing.
• The ability to juggle tasks and jump priorities when needed.
• And you’ll be a friendly team player who’s looking to grow.
A typical day would include:
• Prioritisation: Actively participate in our daily scrum, providing ideas and volunteering to land a hand with weekly priorities.
• Support: Assisting in developing and delivering campaign assets across various channels, including photography, web, video, social media, copy, activations, and events.
• Content Creation: From research, writing ad copy for blogs, creating creative and educational content.
• Digital Design: Create ads that look great and connect with our client’s audiences.
• Events: Create campaign material and engaging “voice of the customer” content.
