Are you a team player and looking for an opportunity to expand your organisational and efficiency skills with a forwarding thinking, long standing and local IT Company?
Our OGL HR team is looking for an administrator to join their busy and friendly department to support our large and ever-growing people base. You will be an experienced administrator who likes to work with others and has a high level of attention to detail. You will be an enthusiastic person with a ‘can do’ attitude who is ready to jump in to support the team, update and maintain the HR database, assist with onboarding for new starters or help with the recruitment process. Being discrete, friendly and flexible is key with the variety of tasks you will be involved in.

Now for the detail…
Key Responsibilities…
Recruitment
o Maintain recruitment logs
o Help with CV screening
o Arranging interviews
o Posting vacancies on recruitment platforms
Onboarding
o Assist with onboarding of new employees
o Complete references and background checks
o Support with new starter offer paperwork and any follow up required
HR System
o Assist the HR team with maintaining accurate records and ensuring updates are actioned
Benefits
o Understand the benefits offered by OGL and promote these to employees
o Assist with the administration of the benefits
HR Support
o Provide administrative support on a broad range of HR matters
o Administration, support with and attendance at careers events and jobs fairs
Essential Skills & Experience…
· Confident with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
· Able to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Methodical and organised
· Enthusiastic and a confident manner
