Job Description

Purpose of your role

We are a fast-growing business and this role will work with our Global Commercial Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) & Sales Front-line teams to drive commercial analytics & generate actionable insights to improve Net Operating Income (NOI).

The role, as part of the Finance job family, also will assist our Commercial Finance leaders to enable growth through core processes such as Planning & Performance analysis including partner & client profitability, partner commissions & sales ing. The role will also assist in deal pricing as required to support the regional growth and works with the assistance of the Head of Pricing.

This role requires an individual with a passion for analytics and using data to drive insight as an enabler for growth. You will have a curious and self-starting attitude with ability to think fast. You will need exceptional MS Excel skills and be comfortable to identify the trends and provide insight from large datasets.

What you do

Take the lead on:

• Partner with our Commercial Finance & Sales Leaders across the globe to provide analytics to drive growth in the regions. This will include regional ing, partner profitability, partner commission analysis, enterprise performance analysis, sales ing and sales commission analysis.
• Prioritise, simplify & refine our Google Cloud Platform Data Studio (GCP) ing suite. Assist in transitioning Firma ing to this new data platform to “one view” of Group wide performance
• Provide regular analysis on client’s reasons for transfer & currency corridors and how OFX is performing compared to market. Provide insight to drive corridor pricing and/or campaigns

Help support:

• When we have a large volume of new opportunities, assist regional deal pricing with the assistance of the Head of Pricing. This will include modelling the opportunity and the direct and fully costed returns
• We are a small but high performing team. At times provide assistance to investor relations, FP&A and controllership

Qualifications

What you bring

Knowledge, skills, experience

• An appropriate university degree from a recognised institution
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Finance related functions, Commercial Finance, pricing, data or analytics
• High degree of problem solving and process excellence
• Solid interpersonal skills and an ability to manage numerous stakeholders
• Curious and self-starting attitude with ability to think fast
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously and within a cohesive team
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Exceptional MS Excel skills and the ability to identify the trends and provide insight from large datasets
