This role has been created to support a far-reaching Transformation Programme that will underpin new ways of working, including flexible deployment & professions, our HR systems and data will be key to this success With the road map not fully in place, there’s lots of scope to innovate. We’ll look for you to understand needs, develop the systems and processes and champion the importance of the Programme to all.
In essence, you’ll work collaboratively with Head of HR Operations and the wider People & Estates teams to deliver a compliant and flexible HR Systems and Data service across work area and the wider organisation whilst embedding a culture of compliance across the organisation for data accuracy and reporting efficiency to support the effective implementation of our flexible resourcing and professions model
It doesn’t matter what industry you’re in, so long as you enjoy the pace of working with large public or private sector organisations. What will set you apart is your expertise. CIPD-qualified (or equivalent), you’ll have a thorough understanding of developing and implementing of HR Systems and Data strategies, plans, policies and procedures , and be used to building strong ties with senior stakeholders
