Reporting to the People Services Lead, we have two exciting positions for customer focused People Services Advisors to join our People Strategy & Services (PSS) team. Currently, the positions are based at our Support Office in East Bentleigh, Victoria and we support a hybrid work approach (on-site and working from home) and we will offer flexible working hours for these roles.
Our People Services team is a well-regarded enablement function, that is responsible for facilitating our team member life cycle changes through SuccessFactors, providing exceptional customer service, generalist people & capability support, system support and process support to line managers, team members and the wider People function.
With a keen eye for detail and a desire for championing systems and processes, in this role you will maintain team member master data, with a high degree of confidentiality, in accordance with industrial instruments, policies and procedures and in line with our compliance framework, for all Officeworks team members ~10,000. Tasks include:
Our ideal candidate has worked in a similar role in HR/Business Administration, in a complex and fast-paced environment, with high volumes and a focus on compliance and data integrity. You should have a sound knowledge of the employee lifecycle and facilitating all related changes, high attention to detail, the ability to problem solve, multitask and work to agreed SLAs.
Previous experience using SuccessFactors or similar, ServiceNow or similar query management system, Adobe Sign or similar and Kronos are highly desired. You will have a passion for developing meaningful connections across all levels of the business, be a great communicator and be confident and comfortable in looking for ways to improve our ways of working.
