About the Role:
Responsibility for the coordination, preparation, processing and checking of the fortnightly payroll and undertake transactions relating to employment conditions including salary overpayments/underpayments and recovery.
Provide general HR administrative support to the HR Manager and HR team as required including data entry into HR systems
Undertake all reporting as required, including audits, EOFY and annual reporting and identify future reporting requirements.
As our ideal candidate you will have:
Experience working in a HR environment, preferably in a professional organisation where dealing with sensitive information confidentially is paramount.
Experience and proficiency in the use of CHRIS21 or other payroll systems and the ability to interpret and apply relevant HR / Payroll policies, employment legislation and awards.
Tertiary qualification or studying towards a HR qualification will be highly regarded
