Join the OPP as a Human Resources Administration Officer!

The Office of Public Prosecutions (OPP) has an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate who is looking for the opportunity to development their skills in a true entry level Human Resources role.

As a Human Resources Administration Officer, you will be part of a supportive HR team that work together to contribute to the smooth and efficient delivery of HR services to the organisation.

About the Role

• Gain exposure to a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, L&D, payroll, OH&S, employee wellbeing etc.
• Develop your skills in HR systems including Chris21(payroll processing), ePerformance (LMS), Springboard (recruitment), and TRIM/CM9 (record management).
• Contribute your ideas to improve HR processes and procedures to enhance the execution of daily HR tasks in the employment lifecycle.
• Be part of a friendly HR team that will support your development in this role.

As our ideal candidate you will:

• Have a tertiary qualification in HR or be working towards a qualification.
• Have experience in a professional HR environment with a customer service focus.
• Possess exceptional interpersonal and communications (both written and verbal) skills with the ability liaise with external stakeholders.
• Have an enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
