We are looking for experienced Front-End, Back-End, Full stack and DevOps Software Engineers to come and join our expanding community of Software Engineers here at The Office for National Statistics.

Job description
As a Software Engineer you will be responsible for writing clean, secure code following a test-driven approach, and working to open-source principles to create code that is easy to re-use. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the full software development lifecycle, carrying out the design, running, testing and continuous improvement of software to meet user needs.

Essential Criteria
We work across multiple business areas, software tools and systems and using a range of programming languages, Including: Python, R, Oracle, Java, C#, React, Go, Flask, Cucumber, Jinja, Jquery, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
