Office Angels Hiring for Training & Competence Supervisor Hybrid days A/L at Ashford Full Time

The company we’re recruiting for are going through a period of expansion and as a result would like Office Angels to recruit a Training & Competence Supervisor to work in their offices based in Ashford, with occasional travel to Tenterden and Whitfield.

The Office Manager would like to recruit someone who is positive and enthusiastic to support their team of 40 across the 3 sites. You’ll be providing highly effective coaching and feedback on compliance and soft skills areas to ensure good customer outcomes.

Job Title: Training & Competence Supervisor

Location: Ashford, with occasional travel to Tenterden and Whitfield, therefore your own transport is required

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

Hybrid: 12 days working from home per year, subject to Manager agreement, ensuring the offices can remain open for customers.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

As a Training & Competence Supervisor your responsibilities will include:

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of the products and systems, product licences and T&C Supervision licences as appropriate.
• Conduct T&C checks and reviews in accordance with regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback and coaching in a constructive way to the team member, recording actions and following up as required.
• Provide s on T&C checks and reviews as required, ensuring any breaches are ed to the T&C Performance Supervisor/Senior Partner immediately.
• Prepare and deliver one-to-one and group training materials on key compliance and regulatory subjects.
• Contributing to investigations of any breaches as required, implementing any post investigation actions and amendments to processes.
• Liaising with the T&C Performance Supervisor on relevant process changes and effectively communicating changes with the team as appropriate.
• Support the partners and leadership team in the preparation for and attendance of the annual AR Review.
