We are currently looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join a charity based in Westminster for aongoing temporary opportunity

Type of Role: Temporary – 6 months – Temp to Perm

Role: Human Resources Administrator

Schedule: Hours/Days: Full Time Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Westminster, Central London

Pay Rate: £14 – 16 ph

Duties

Responsible for providing a front-line, comprehensive and professional HR administration

Follow up all pre and post appointment employment checks for successful candidates, including taking up references, arranging health clearance and Disclosure

Responsible for the administration of employee benefits for example long-service award,

Provide proactive, comprehensive and professional responses to day-to-day HR queries in person, via telephone, letter and email

Liaise with Payroll to ensure any pay queries are resolved effectively in time for relevant payroll deadlines.

Undertake any other duties commensurate with the post in agreement with the HR Administration Team Leader.

Manage the daily allocation of work across the administrators

Take a lead on more complex queries and act as an escalation point within the team to resolve queries accurately and efficiently.

A successful candidate will have:
2-3 years minimum experience in a HR Admin/Assistant position

Confident use of Microsoft 365 and other common software systems

Proactive attitude

Able to start immediately with no notice period

Able to work both in office and remotely
