Overview:
An excellent opportunity to join a non-profit organisation whose mission is to transform lives and communities within the largest association in Europe.
You will be responsible for supporting the organisation in providing effective People Systems and Reporting across the People & Culture Directorate through the effective design, implementation and use of systems and regular reports.

Sounds interesting?…Daily duties include:
Assist with the management of HR systems
Configuring and documenting the system for process changes, updates and day to day monitoring
Functionality of data processing and process flows
Resetting of passwords and advising on accessibility for users
Suggest and implement changes to the system
Contribute to the timely release of information relating to systems upgrades and changes to processes
Supporting with training and roll out
Provide the necessary reports to facilitate periodic reporting and benchmarking exercises
Generate, automate and produce operational reports and notifications on people and payroll information
Actively identify new opportunities to improve use of the People systems
Assist in the collection and compilation of agreed statistics from a variety of sources
Analyse data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to key areas
To be successful in this role you’ll have:
Experience of working within a People Function including People System Development, Administration and Data Reporting
Ideally have knowledge of CoreHR /People XD
Experience of developing management information at various levels
Significant experience in systems development and administration within a HR setting
