Office Angels are currently looking to support one of our clients with multiple HR Advisor roles which are home based but will require one commute monthly to Heathrow, where travel expenses will be covered.
This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours a week working 9-5 but they can be flexible.
Key Accountability’s:
On time, accurate and compliant processing of: Individual and bulk HR transactions, candidate Referencing including ID Gateway and administration activities associated with recruitment campaigns
Working with 3rd party suppliers to initiate candidate referencing in line with agreed policy and processes
Working with 3rd party suppliers to ensure all candidates are referenced to BA and airport standards
Assist in the coordination and completion of Security Interviews, Criminal Records Checks, Overseas Criminal Record Checks and Enhanced Criminal Records Checks as required by BA Policy.
Participate in HR Operations Continuous Improvement projects sharing Subject Matter Expertise
Works within the HR & Resourcing Administration Operations team and the wider HR Operations team to identify opportunities to enable continuous improvement
Qualifications/Experience:
Experience of working to standard operating procedures
Experience collecting references and recruitment process
Collaborating with 3rd party supplier to ensure high levels of performance (essential)
Knowledge of data protection (essential)
Knowledge of compliance requirements as defined by BA, DfT, other regulatory bodies and airport authorities
