This fabulous global shipping company is looking for their next Assistant Management Accountant!

This is a particularly exciting and rewarding role as they are a small tight knit team.

JOB TITLE: Assistant Management Accountant

JOB TYPE: Full-time, Permanent

SALARY: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum depending on candidate experience

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

LOCATION: Victoria

Responsibilities/Duties

• Preparation of the monthly management accounts, including ad hoc ing and Excel based analysis
• Finance system management
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Create quarterly VAT s and returns
• Create debtor s & monthly management account ing packages
• Expenses Management
• Ensure all staff expenses are processed efficiently and accurately
• Produce monthly expenses statements
• Cash Receipts
• Reconciliations
• Ad hoc project and administration support to the team

Skills & Experience

• A self-starter required able to work without close supervision
• Relevant qualification such as ACCA/CIMA/AAT or qualified by experience
• Knowledge of Excel (Advanced ie. Pivot Tables) and SAGE (or other program) is essential
• Have experience of month-end processes, debtor ing and building, reconciliation of bank and supplier accounts and expense management
• Professional
