Office Ally, Inc Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist at Remote Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and assist in the execution of digital marketing efforts to support and maintain business lead acquisition and nurture programs, landing page development and optimization, automated prospect and customer journeys, publication of blogs and articles, social media, email campaigns, industry event oversight, content management, and at times direct mail and print. This individual will also coordinate with various media agencies to manage and maintain SEO and digital advertising efforts and ensure strong lines of communication, alignment, and accountability.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and creative, with a proven track record of successfully managing and executing digital marketing campaigns. The goals of this position are to maintain a collaborative spirit while improving brand awareness; initiate, maintain, and optimize demand generation; and support organizational growth strategies.

The various technologies/tools used to complete marketing projects, capture metrics, and identify practical opportunities for improvement include Google Analytics, AdWords, Salesforce, Hubspot, Adobe Creative Suite, Project Management Software, and AI Writing Software.

The Digital Marketing Specialist works under direction and anticipates change, appropriately redirecting efforts when/if needed. This individual will help develop and implement marketing plans, and partner with members of product and sales teams to maintain alignment. The successful individual is a highly motivated professional who can work in a fast-paced, supporting environment to reach departmental and operational goals.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, AdWords, Tags, and other Webmaster Tools.
• Experience with marketing automation software, trigger & nurture campaigns, and data management.
• Experience in computer skills with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and content databases.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, blogging, landing page optimization, SEO and SEM.
• Ability to solve problems, contribute ideas, and remain open to others feedback, insight, inspiration, and/or guidance proactively and quickly.
• Creative problem solver, willing to learn new things, and make work fun.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or English, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media, blogging, and SEO.
• Experience in a similar organization in the Healthcare Software or SaaS industry.
• Experience with SharePoint, Sales Enablement Software, Marketing Automation Software, Salesforce, AI Writers, and Teamwork.

• Experience hosting, joining, and/or collaborating in virtual and in-person meetings, conferences, and roundtables with internal and external contacts at varying professional levels, including industry speakers and presenters.
• Graphic design experience a plus (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign)
• Certifications preferred (or in progress) should include Google AdWords, Google Analytics, or other industry-relevant certifications
