An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to build and drive successful business partnerships across OET, globally.

The role will involve end-to-end recruitment on a variety of role across all levels of the organisation. The role provides recruitment advice and administration on contemporary workforce resourcing advice and a range of talent solutions whilst utilising advanced sourcing techniques to continually improve quality of hire. The role has a proactive focus, working to develop talent pools and pipelines for a variety of roles, whilst providing advice on talent management, talent development and employee retention. The Global Talent Acquisition Partner ensures proactive, client focused, capability-based recruitment services, contemporary recruitment solutions and strategies and advice.

You Will Be Responsible For

• Engaging with stakeholders to develop a thorough understanding of their business including resourcing needs, challenges and workforce planning priorities.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment and selection activities including position description review, sourcing, screening, interviewing (where required), reference checking and offer management.
• Utilising advanced sourcing techniques (both active and passive) to attract high quality candidates.
• Developing deep talent pools and pipelines for critical roles, reducing time to fill and increasing quality of hire.
• Collaborating with other People & Culture Team Members to support the implementation and transformation of recruitment and workforce planning to deliver service orientated, innovative and proactive recruitment service.
• Developing and delivering training sessions relating to recruitment, interview and selection methods and techniques, and conduct information sessions or on-the-job training for supervisors/managers as required.
• Implementing best practice candidate care approaches that lead to a positive candidate experience through all stages of the recruitment process.
• Promoting diversity and inclusion practices aligned with CBLAs values, EVP and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Proactively evaluating existing processes, strategies, framework to identify and recommend areas of improvement and uplift Employee Experience at OET.
• P&C Technology, vendor and supplier management relevant to all areas of accountability.

What do you bring?

As a Successful Candidate, You Will Demonstrate The Following

• At least four years’ experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Demonstrated extensive knowledge in recruitment management including best practice recruitment approaches, marketing and social media initiatives and policies, processes and legislative requirements.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Demonstrated experience providing advice and coaching to hiring managers.
• Strong knowledge of the employment market and experience with job design.
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of workforce planning and talent management.
• Show a ready-to-work approach with a practical mindset with a keen willingness to adapt to new HR digital tools and processes.
• Experience of developing and enhancing HR processes to ensure consistency.
• Must be able to work with minimal direction and be very flexible to coordinate complex activities that are often subject to rapid or extensive changes.
• Basic-intermediate experience across the MS Office Suite.
• Experience working with HR systems.
