Oerlikon Hiring for Contract Recruiter Job at Plymouth, MI Full Time

We are looking for a high volume Contract Recruiter (remote role based within Midwest or NorthEast region)who will be engaged in attracting, sourcing and hiring the best talent to meet current and future business needs ensuring speed, sustainability and best in class recruitment. This position plays a key role in supporting recruiting activities and building the candidate experience; often providing candidates with their first impression of Oerlikon.

This position will be payrolled through our Staffing vendor.

Your Responsibilities:

• Primary focus will be high volume hourly recruiting; may also support with salaried positions as needed – source via specific local social media channels, beyond post/pray methods. This includes active sourcing, engaging and recruiting top talent using multiple creative techniques that also include the traditional volume providers of LinkedIn Recruiter or job boards.
• Headhunt – cold calling, introducing our opportunities, presenting the EVP and transition candidates to applicants; messaging and managing of interview screens and schedules, in some cases the arrangement of travel for visiting candidates.
• Prescreen, qualify and interview using behavioral based techniques and provide summaries and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Extend / receive offers.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years full cycle recruitment experience (staffing agency experience preferred)
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for high volume hourly roles as well as ability to support salaried / professional recruiting needs (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Sourcing background with special emphasis on headhunting and using tools and recruitments practices to identify, engage, and convert the best talent into Oerlikon employees (AI, AIRS or LinkedIn Recruiter certification preferred.)
• Experience with ATS / CRMs (SuccessFactors preferred.)
