A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our Odondo Team!
What does the job involve?
ยท Answering customer queries to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with services using Zendesk platform
ยท Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining, and offering possible solutions and ensuring clients feel supported and valued
ยท Engaging in communication, confirming, clarifying information and/or diffusing angry clients as needed
ยท Assisting customers with their problems using the tools provided according to specific training, and exceling at problem solving skills in an education platform environment
ยท Helpdesk troubleshooting in relation to customer queries and problems in an educational environment, therefore previous experience in education and/or in helpdesk problem solving is a must
ยท Handle calls, Zendesk helpdesk and other CRM simultaneously
ยท Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
A good candidate will have:
ยท Worked in complaints – skilful problem solvers
ยท Worked at supervisor or management levels in retail
ยท Experience with helpdesk/analyst support roles
ยท Graduates with a degree in tech background
ยท Previous Customer Support experience
ยท Troubleshooting skills and experience
ยท Zendesk platform experience
ยท High standard of written English as tickets / emails are a main form of communication
ยท MS Office knowledge
ยท High standards to deliver professional Customer Service
