Our London based client are recruiting for two experienced HR Business Partners to join their growing organisation.

An exciting, industry shaking start up – they are working to build their HR infrastructure and team to further support the growth.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and grow within this brand new role for the organisation.

Your days will be varied, touching all aspects of employee lifestyle;

• Managing recruitment
• Overseeing and co-ordinating employee on-boarding to give all new starters an
  amazing start to their career
• Management of off-boarding process
• Use of HR system to maintain all records: set up new starters, process any HR changes, leavers, training events and support the upskilling of managers and employees to use the system
• Coaching and supporting leaders on HR matters
• Provide and analyse HR metrics and trends to advise and inform business strategy
