Our Recruitment Team support the full 360 recruitment process. We’re looking for someone to partner closely with our hiring teams to understand their priorities and attract diverse candidates to Octopus, ensuring that our fantastic culture grows with every hire.

Our focus is on delivering an outstanding service to candidates and to our hiring teams and ensuring we recruit the very best people possible. You’ll be joining our fun and highly visible team that’s at the forefront of our rapidly growing business. You’ll be working closely with the People Team and your stakeholders to provide effective recruitment solutions into multiple business areas.

About the role

As a Talent Sourcer with us you’ll partner closely with the business and our recruitment team to deeply understand the requirements of our roles, the function and how they fit into the bigger picture. You’ll source for live roles and proactively build talent communities mapped to our future hiring plans.

To do this you’ll use a variety of direct sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, social sourcing and referrals, whilst also looking for new tools and channels which can innovate our recruitment marketing strategy. In addition, you’ll also have the opportunity to work on ad-hoc value-add recruitment and HR projects.

• Sourcing experience gained within a search firm, recruitment agency or internal recruiting team
• Experience building talent sourcing strategies using a range of tools, methods and channels
• The ability to deliver strong, diverse pipelines in a fast-moving environment
• Experience engaging potential candidates, building meaningful relationships which convert into talent pools for the future
