We’re looking for an HR generalist based in Perth, Australia.

Salary range: AUD 110,000 – AUD 125,000 (depending on experience) + Super + stock options (part/time equivalent)

Full-time or Part-time (3-4 days/week equivalent)

Who are we looking for?

• You live in Perth, Australia. We need the timezone advantage to cover our Europe and USA needs – if you don’t live on the West Coast but are happy to work ‘WA times’, we can discuss it.
• 5+ years of experience as an HR generalist in Australia
• You are committed to excellence in operations, with a focus on efficiency.
• Process improvement and systems integration, and troubleshooting are second nature to you.
• You are a problem solver, have a sense of urgency and initiative and can make good decisions on your own – our team is dispersed over the globe.
• You can demonstrate a solid knowledge of employment law and the ability to develop policies that are compliant and engaging.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or MS Suite and familiar with producing high-quality business s, presentations and other documentation.
• You are used to working remotely in a friendly, collaborative and effective manner.
• You are able and willing to accommodate the requirements of working across different time zones – sometimes, you’ll need to work outside of business hours.

• Support employees on a day-to-day basis and answer questions about benefits and company policies.
• Being a key player in creating a culture of engagement and growth.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on compensation & benefits to ensure that we stay competitive.
• Map out and streamline current HR and Talent processes to create efficiency and better collaboration with other departments.
• Be the team’s systems, data and ing go-to person – maintaining, administering and ing on all People related data, including Talent, Retention, Satisfaction, and Promotions.
• Responsible for all pre-onboarding activities (updating systems, ordering background and reference checks, and liaising with different stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved)
• Undertake other responsibilities as needed to help the team achieve its goals.
