About the role

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Dental Receptionist. While prior medical or dental administrative experience is preferred, it is not required.

This is a part-time position, ranging from 15 to 20 hours per week, scheduled between Monday and Friday. Specific work hours will be determined based on the clinic’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·        Warmly welcome and greet patients.

·        Interact with patients both in person and over the phone.

·        Coordinate and schedule appointments.

·        Provide assistance and answer inquiries from patients calling the clinic.

·        Collaborate effectively with dentists and other team members.

·        Process payments.

·        Assist with sterilising instruments.

·        Perform administrative duties and handle ad-hoc tasks.
