We are a community of compassionate team members who advocate for our patients to help enrich the bond with their humans through education, empathy, and medicine and we are looking for your help. Experience in veterinary medicine is not a requirement.
The primary focus for our Client Service Representatives (CSR) is communication. He or she is the first and last contact with the clinic and key to creating first and lasting impressions. The CSR must have exceptional client service and communication skills, computer literacy, handle payment and financial issues, ability to multi-task, friendly attitude and confidence to deal with stressful situations. These service functions include, but are not limited to, reception (visitor and telephone), maintenance of veterinary medical records, accounts maintenance, cash and credit processing, data entry, and email and mail service. CSRs support veterinarians, technicians, veterinary assistants, and kennel staff in daily patient and client care. This position requires a practical knowledge of hospital organization, transcribing, word processing, and an understanding of the standard procedures, veterinary records and terminology used in the hospital.
