The role:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated IT Support Analyst who has excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Reporting to the Supervisor – IT, you will be solving key technical challenges and providing support on a variety of hardware and software issues by assessing and actioning IT requests, escalating issues where necessary, and maintaining IT systems, software, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all ServiceDesk requests are attended to in a reasonable timeframe, seeking assistance from team members or external vendors as required
• Utilise IT ServiceDesk Application (ServiceNow) to assign and manage corporate-wide IT ServiceDesk services
• Maintain, install and update IT equipment and computer-related software and hardware
• Monitor and identify any IT hardware issues and coordinate the repair or replacement where necessary
• Identify and report any other IT-related problems
• Onboarding and Offboarding of all Corporate and NZ staff
• Provide on-site IT systems support to senior management and technical staff in the Brisbane office
• Assist in IT projects such as software rollouts, migrations, and infrastructure

The successful candidate will have:

• Tertiary education (University degree in IT preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT Service Desk role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft O365 and Active Directory
• Knowledge of ITIL service management framework
