Location:
Richmond, VA; This position will follow a hybrid work from home/office model with at least 3 days in office weekly.

Role Summary:
This position is responsible for the successful execution of the Richmond Customer Service Center process. Required to follow policies and procedures to provide an optimal level of customer service. Responsible for general import process/inquiries, tracking and tracing, and problem resolution. The incumbent will directly to the Supervisor, Customer Service Center.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • This position resolves general inquiries/requests for import customers via phone or emails.
  • Ability to handle high volume of daily incoming calls and emails
  • Has frequent contact with several other departments within the organization to resolve customer concerns and/or questions.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest alternatives when needed
  • Ability to work flexible hours/shifts
