Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for partnering with Managers to determine the most effective and efficient recruitment strategy for their hiring needs.
This position manages all aspects of the full-cycle recruiting process to meet the staffing goals. Will develop and execute recruiting plans.
Network through industry contacts and groups.
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a focus on HR preferred and a minimum of one to two years of direct experience recruiting / talent acquisition;
or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA Preferred.
