The Ocado Logistics Recruitment team manages high recruitment volumes for roles based within our warehouse operation, including Area Managers, Operations Managers, and Senior Operations Managers.
In this role you will lead and manage a team of Recruitment Partners, whilst liaising with key business stakeholders to understand requirements across the year, including supporting new site set-ups. You will be responsible for managing talent pipelines in order to support all hiring targets and create a talent pipeline for future candidates.

About the role:
Proactively engage with candidates, providing a great candidate experience
Supporting regional teams, taking a proactive and consultative approach with key stakeholders
Acting as a brand ambassador for Ocado, ensuring our candidates align with the Ocado Values
Review and assess turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs
Accelerate hiring times by building a talent pipeline
Improve the quantity and quality of potential hires by utilising various sourcing techniques
Analysing and reporting on key aspects of the recruitment process
Influence selection processes and criteria for roles as appropriate
Maintain accuracy across job descriptions based on the needs of the hiring manager
Collaborate with hiring managers to create impactful and appropriate job adverts
Advertise job openings on our careers page, as well as job boards and across social media platforms
Promote employee referral programmes
Screen CVs and applications, keeping candidates informed throughout their recruitment journey
Facilitate recruitment processes, including arranging interviews
Provide interview feedback as appropriate
Welfare support, management and development of direct reports
Cover the work of other team members when necessary
Take on additional tasks commensurate with the role
About you
Exceptional business partnership skills and experience of successfully working with leaders at the very senior levels of the organisation
Delivered high volume recruitment in a multi site environment within the Retail or Logistics sector
Tech savvy – understands and operates fluently in a tech environment and personally navigates technology seamlessly
Inspirational leadership: both professional leadership skills and as a thought leader in the talent acquisition space
Naturally uses data to drive decisions and influence
Responsible for end to end recruitment delivery in an in-house environment
Works well with ambiguity and proven experience navigating and resolving potential recruitment blockers by developing networks
