Ocado Group Talent Acquisition Team has a newly created role for a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting our Client Services group across EMEA. This role will manage active vacancies across our engineering operations and supply chain functions, supporting our strong growth plans through 2022 and beyond.

Reporting into the EMEA Talent Acquisition Lead for Client Services, you will take accountability for the management and delivery of 100-120 hires per year, fulfilling active candidate vacancies, and the end to end recruitment life cycle, ensuring excellent candidate experience is given across all roles.

Please note: This is a full time permanent position, working 2 days in the office (Hatfield), 3 days remote.

So what’s the role?

The management and delivery of 120 vacancies per year, fulfilling active candidate vacancies against defined SLAs and KPIs (Time to Offer, Speed of CV submissions, Quality of Hiring Manager submissions, Interview attendance, Offer acceptance etc)

The end to end recruitment life cycle of all active candidate vacancies including, but not limited to:

• Hiring Manager engagement
• Advertising of vacancies internally and externally
• Screening and qualifying of internal and external candidates
• Organisation and facilitation of interviews
• Managing candidates through the recruitment process including rejection and offer
• The verbal offer of internal candidates

What we are looking for

• Experience in a recruitment role previously, ideally within an engineering or supply chain discipline
• Strong communication and administration skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to conduct telephone interviews
• Good time management skills
• Proficient in relevant office software especially Google
• Willingness to learn
