Our Emerging Talent function was set up in May 2019 and has since grown from strength to strength. The team focuses on the recruitment, retention, training and pastoral care of our Emerging Talent programmes – Graduates, Apprentices, Placements & Internships.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Emerging Talent Team Lead to join the team. Reporting into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the end to end candidate management of all applicants attracted through advertising and from Ocado’s career site. The role involves a high degree of administration, applicant screening as well as excellent stakeholder management. The Emerging Talent Team Lead is accountable and responsible for a team’s performance as well as their own. They are expected to lead the team based on performance data and metrics. You will be directly responsible for one team member. The Team Lead will be capable of coaching mentoring and developing skills within their team to enable each team member to perform to the best of their ability.
The management and delivery of early talent hires onto our portfolio of Schemes against defined SLAs and KPIs (Pipeline of candidates by target group, Speed of Candidate response, Interview attendance, Offer acceptance target group, candidate source and Diversity & Inclusion KPI, etc) The management and delivery of our on campus recruitment campaign against set KPI’s.
