This role can be based in either North Sydney or Padstow with the flexibility to work remotely. It reports into the Head of Organisational Development and will form a critical position within the Group’s Talent Team.

What will you do?

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to be part of our AutoGlass Division. In this role, you will focus on driving the process for our high volume recruitment activities across all locations and branches, with a focus on delivering a great experience for our hiring managers and candidates. You will be joining in time to get ready for what is known as our summer boost program where we look to fill 40 plus Auto Technician positions so we can service our customers and maintain our leading market position and exceptional NPS scores!

Other key responsibilities may include:

• Drive the end to end Talent Acquisition process across stores for our high-volume recruitment activities
• Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the lifecycle of the recruitment process
• Collaborate on key recruitment projects as assigned by the Head of OD and the Divisional HR Business Partner.

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have strong working experience in a high-volume recruitment role, preferably blue-collar and/or retail experience in facilitating the recruitment process across multiple stakeholders.

Being able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment is advantageous and being adaptable and flexible to a changing work environment is essential, as is the ability to quickly build rapport, communicate and engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders along with a ‘can do’ attitude and customer first mentality.
