This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to be part of our HR Operations team. In this role, you will focus on driving the process for our high-volume recruitment activities across all locations and branches, with a focus on delivering a great experience for our hiring managers and candidates.

The ideal candidate will have strong working experience in a high-volume recruitment role, preferably blue-collar and/or retail experience in facilitating the recruitment process across multiple stakeholders.
Being able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment is advantageous and being adaptable and flexible to a changing work environment is essential, as is the ability to quickly build rapport, communicate and engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders along with a ‘can do’ attitude and customer first mentality.
